Here's one from Missouri where you have to have a plate on the front and back of your vehicle.
It's hard to tell what it is unless you look in their rear view mirror . . .

Was also scanning the non accepted CA, USA plates list and found...PHUQU...now I wonder why they didn't allow that one.

The driver was a Large-Marge, let me tell ya. Seriously, that SUV was listing a good 10 degrees. Maybe her plate should read LADYX3, or 3GALSN1.
