Gordon Ramsay does two seasons of Kitchen Nightmares, one for BBC and one for FOX. I’m wondering which one people prefer. I personally think that the one in the UK shows him in a more family man light.

I think a quote from Mr. Ramsay should accompany this post :D

SHUT IT DOWN!!!!

You're totally right, Jasper.

He's more mild mannered in the UK, but that probably wouldn't fly here very well.

I'm sure the network exec's told Gordon, "We want animation!! We want you to swear your bloody arse off!!"

Well, whatever works. I can't wait to see who cries next season!!! :mfrlol:

I love the show! I've only seen it on BBC though, so no idea how it compares to the US version (even though I live in the US).

It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity."

I watch em both and he seems pretty straight forward in both. Actually seems to cuss more on the BBC show, but just cuss's to be cussing where on the US show he seems to be cussing the people more. He probably acts just the same but the editing is what makes him look a little different.

I completely agree that its the editing! He's although he does reach out more emotionally to the people on the UK version! I would recommend Webisodes for anyone who has watch just one or the other edition of it.
