Irene,
A flap surgery doctor told me the long tight briefs are best. You know, your dad's classic whities with added leg length, like Calvin Klein's. Their supposed to not cut off circulation, and they don't get wrinkles like boxers. Now, that said . . . I preffer boxers myself, for cathing ease.

What the hell are underwear???

ok just kidding. i find if Im wearing a leg bag the best thing to wear is boxers. Briefs will pinch the leg bag hose shut an then you will piss on yourself. If your trying to pick up the Lady's you want to just wear nothing. it drives them crazy lol. i like to were what ever i can find clean. I dont think its going to matter what you wear unless you have a leg bag on or are trolling for tail at the mall.

Nothing like going Commando. I've been swinging free for over 40 years. No wrinkles and easier to dress. I also have my wife remove all pockets in and on my jeans and dress pants. Less bulk and wrinkles. Much more comfortable sitting.

Boxers. Those Y front briefs ride up your crotch threatening to cut off vital dangly bits, overheat your future progeny and chaff the inside of your legs. Curse them. Beware the killer nylon. Otherwise, go without and enjoy the freedom.

i'm fairly sure y fronts were made illegal over here a while ago.
the tighter boxers with cotton/lycra content are the best.

I've gone Commando for 50 years its so much more comfortable and easir for my PA's to stick their hands down and sort out my equipment....:D As my PA's are all atractive females, my equipment needs constant arranging...:D My plumbing equipment, obviously!!! :D

I've tried thermal long-johns once, which did keep me warm, but took and age to get on.

I switched from boxer's to boxer briefs... For me, boxers still ride up as they did able-bodied and will crush the shit out of my package. Not that I could feel it, but it was disturbing nonetheless. Boxer briefs seem to ride up much less.. sooo I recommend those. Plus I think they look good

I used to have the standard tighty whities but they were causing pressure sores . I switched to boxer briefs and have had no problems at all with them.

Boxer briefs definately, I've found them by far the best solution and they are the sort of underwear that the spinal unit recommended too - you don't get the pressure in the joint between leg and body that y fronts can give or the rucking up under your bum that boxers can give both of which can lead to skin problems.
