Mike, I've got an injury similar to yours. I've recently purchased a Vitagligide and the gloves (optional) are phenomal, can be used with a variety of excersing regimes. Mine are currently on loan to my local rehab for trials for different types of injuries. Check out their site.

Alternatively Mike try this link for what I believe to be much better grip gloves
