Hiya all.. I was thinking the other day when a friend at basketball got a new strap from a well known supplier in London, and charged him 20 quid for the priviledge... and all it was made from was black webbing, a metal D ring and a small piece of velcro!!!!! (total cost prob £2)
I can make straps.. well I make allsorts of things, I make my own leather backrests soft calf straps etc.. If anyone needs a new calf strap or lap strap etc.. I can make a simple strap from £1.50. That would be a normal style calf strap with velcro. If anyone needs anything like this, ask me before you buy one!!! Shipping in the uk for a simple strap would be £1.20.
I can make pretty ones, padded pretty ones, normal padded ones, normal black webbing ones, straps that dont ladder your tights!!! Or you had a specific design in mind, or have seen one that costs a fortune for what it is.. let me quote you!!!!

If you think of anything else you've wanted but never been able to make/get.. ask me! :seehearspeak:

Yours,

Emma.

Thats useful to know, might need a knee support strap for a race chair. (Basically a foam cushion with a nylon strap top and bottom with velcro fastening.

Spot on i will sketch what i need but reckon there could be a bigger market if you want it. Suggest you contact BWRA (Wheelchair racing) to offer service and also handcycling for seat slings, back rests and leg restraints too.

No problem, we need more talented people with understanding to produce these types of things. If you want and can send me a few words, will include a page on our website, i have a friend who is doing backrest upholstery for chairs and will be doing something for him too.

Cheers
Paul
