It takes me around about 45 min to finish my BP, I use a microlax enema and then digital stim every other day.

I know it is very boring sitting waiting but I look at it this way, better a long sit than a accident while I am out.
If I fall out of my wheelchair in the woods would anybody hear me?

I dig stim every day,,,with no softeners and no suppositories or enemeez,

You can imagine how firm it is. Unfortunatly,, this is the only process that seems to keep me clean in between.

I take Benefiber in Activia every day. I take a shot of Milk of Magnesia at bedtime. I have a movement about every other day.
If I get too constipated I use a magic bullet, and have to sit for 30-45 min. Maybe once twice a month. Once I start the dig stimulation things kinda work on their own. I can push and that helps. But the milk of magnesia is what my Dr. recommended and it has worked better than anything else I have tried.

ok...yeah i am usually fine just doing it every other day but it isn't bad to dig stim the whole way through the routine???
when i was in the hospital i sat and sat for about the hour with no dig stim, and then about a hour into it they would dig stim to make sure everything was out...
