Does anyone have a recommended diet for the days that you do your bowel program? My program is every other day and I use a water based suppository made by Fleet. It works wonders but it seem after im done if I eat anything that seems like it is a heavy food than it goes right through me. Its inconvenient because lately I have had company over and I would have to excuse myself to go clean myself up. Now im a T4 incomplete so soon as I start sweating and I know Ive just cathed im worried when i swipe between my pants and the cushion as to what or if I have done anything. Is ther anything I can do to stop this feeling so I wont have to worry what I eat. Please help me out Im worried.

Ya, the food you eat shouldn't go right through you. Is the stool well formed or is it lose? The types of food you eat will have a big effect on your bowel movements as some will make the stool hard or soft. Watch what you eat and see if certain foods are the problem. Another thing is to make sure that the suppository is completely out of the colon because if some is left in it would make the stool lose and hard to hold in. Make sure that the colon is empty sometimes it takes longer for everything to come out. Good luck................
