i've been lying on my right side for about 16 hours a day and just noticed these bumbs/sores, does anyone know what this is?

It looks like a rash. Maybe a reaction to your sheets or something? Did you switch laundry soap?
Or maybe like a heat rash..? I'm no doctor. lol
Just my thoughts.

Yeah, looks to me like a rash - like a typical heat rash kind of thing. Is it hot to the touch and/or does it itch? If so, then it's probably just a rash - cortisone cream works well. Can you lay in a different position for a bit and see if it clears up. If not, then it might be dermatologist time. :)

Could be yeast-related. Try medicated powder, or better yet, get your Dr. to prescribe Nystatin powder if he feels it is warranted.

You may already be seeing a doctor for that. I would just like to add that always wear pure cotton if you use another fabric for clothing and bed sheets. Leather for shoes and cotton for clothing has no substitute.
