Hi i am new to the site any help would be appreciated

Im 19 years old and been inured 1 year, not long out of hospital, i am a c4-c5-c6 (neuro level c7 incomplete) as a result of a RTA not my fault btw :shitfan:

First of all id like to wish everyone the best of luck in recovery I know im one of the lucky 1's and there are many worse off than me, i do have movement in my legs and am back up on crutches for short distances, i have a loss globally in sensation of temperature and pain. My right side movement is not bad at all however on my left i have very little hand function and many muscles in my leg refuse to work.

Before leaving hospital i was faced with food poisoning which led a very unreliable understanding of my bowel programme. For the 1st three months i seemed to get on fine because i was never out the house and always near to the toilet however i am now getting my life back together making frequent visits to the gym, friends and family and am returning to university in september

Obviously being out and about i cannot be sure a toilet will be local (i mean local i seem to get very little warning), I havnt had lots of accidents but without a regime i cannot see an end to hoping being in distance when i need to go.

I would like to get into a regime were i have a set time to save these highly embarrassing and sole destroying accidents.

Any advice would greatly appreciated thank you
