Does anyone know which is the best guidebook to buy for Thailand? It will be my first time there and i am an inexperienced traveller, so i will be needing a book providing good basic general advice
if anyone can send me info, I'd really appreciate.

Please do not buy a book from overseas as you'd pay 1/3 or 1/2 of the price here & any book shop or news agency has an aboundance of books regarding Thailand & most of them have quite few useful words and phrases.I have bought my 1st book from australia & was very useless.
Depending on how long for & where you want to go in Thailand you can buy a simple dictionary or a more informative book.
One of the best books I've come across is" Dos & Don'ts in Thailand" by Kenny Yee & Catherine Gordon and is very easy to read /comprehend.
