hi, im a c5/c7 quad. i am in bed all the time. the only way i can sleep is on my left side, if i dont the spasms n stiffness drive me nuts. during the day, i lay on my left side because im right handed and can do everything( use remotes, pc, phone, eatting, drinking....) so i never lay on my right side because im basically helpless, plus the spasms and stiffness. my accident was 3/00 so i've been like this for years, my side stays red. its never been a big issue till i got this new agency....every other word is your side, your side, your side....so what im asking is, what would be the best bedding available to me, any barrier creams for moisture or any creams, etc.
some additional info, i sleep on a full size aero bed, air bed, i bought online and have a piece of 2 inch memory foam ontop of it. i cant roll myself. i cant think of anymore useful info... Thanks a bunch for any help :-) Stryder

My hubby uses this stuff when he gets read marks, and in the past when he had a sore. I LOVE it. I think it works awesome.

Oh, and as you can see on that site... sensi-care has a whole line of products to choose from. My hubby has a couple different ones.

Hi Stryder,
I'm in the same boat you are, right handed, injury site and all.
I still switch sides somestimes to take pressure off the other side. Do you take spasm medications, Baclofen?? Maybe it would help you to be able to lay on the other side. Also, why are you laying down all the time and not in your chair?-just curious
