For weeks now I couldn't figure out why I was dizzy, sleepy and faint. I think I may be too high on my pump doseage. I can't think of anything else it could be. Has anyone else ever experienced this? I feel terrible. Please help.

Are you overweight? Do you snore? I have sleep apnea and if it kicks in bad enough I feel like crap the next day. Worse than getting no sleep at all.
If you're taking Gabapentin (spelling) too much of that will make you groggy also.

the pump is set on 200 and something micrograms. it is automatic. no extra programing for certain times of day.
thank you so much for your concern.

If you were in baclofen overdose, you would know around 24 hours after the pump had been refilled, or after it's settings had been changed.

Have you changed any of your oral medication since your pump was last refilled/updated?

Oral medication can interfere with the intrathecal baclofen.

Other symptoms of baclofen overdose are:

Nausia
Lethargy
Odd taste in mouth
Drowsiness
Low blood pressure
Shallow breathing
Confusion

Hope this helps

Simon
