My sis is quadriplege and, has been since 4/6/08.she tells me that a night her body wants to get up and walk this makes her anxious so she has her boyfriend sit her up and rub her back to calm her body down .Is this the norm.I just want to be able to get all infor to her she's been a trooper she's already gone out a couple of times.shoppings one of her favorite things to do . peaceELAINE :unsure:

I think we all have our own ways of facing and coming to terms with our new realities, and your sister's experience sounds perfectly reasonable. Her anxieties will likely fade as she becomes accustomed to her new self. She has much to deal with.
