Would anyone mind if I posted about a charity action? If I get even one comment or private message saying no, I won't, no worries. I want to be respectful and not shoving things down anyone's throat. It's something I just got involved in last week, wheelchair related but not spinal cord injury related.

I don't mind (same as I hope you don't mind if I don't read it) but the final word is with He Who Hovers in Cyberspace (Simon) so just go ahead with your post.

Of course I wouldn't mind people not reading it: I don't like charitable requests being forced on people, so I felt it best to ask and give a heads up.
Honestly though, on my way home today, I realized I have places to post about it without doing it here. This is a place for us to come and relax and not for people to wave pamphlets in our faces. Even though I'd be the one doing the pamphlet waving, it felt wrong. Maybe if it was an SCI charity.
If people want to donate to a charity, they can find a place to do it. They don't need it to come to them.
Thanks for the response anyway.
