Saratoga cycle made by rand-scot-Spirit cycle model 690 in excellent condition. Clutch control with crank input power. Select arm, leg or both, this cycle has at all. Featuring arm-leg cycle, bidirectional arm, leg or both with adjustable ankle body and built in mechanical advantage and out of phase motion. Will accommodate a manual or electric wheelchair.
