I dont know if its just me but when people ask how long Ive been in a chair I usually say, Oh a couple of years. But I caught myself the other day realising its more like 4 years and I hadnt even noticed!!! It still feels like a couple of years to me, so does time ever become real or is it just a perception? Will it ever feel like forever or always just 2 years?
Just wondered thats all. Ill probably be saying a couple of years for a very long time!
cheers

Hmmm, your right Ches!

Lucy, now how long have you been pregnant? That's the question to ask. I mean shouldn't your timer have gone off by now and get the baby out of the oven already? :blushing02:

Time has flown by for me, I have been using a wheelchair for 28 years now.

All though I miss running around and riding a bike etc, most of the time I do not give it a second thought, I have just got on with life and made the most of it.

I have been water skiing, snow skiing and 100cc go cart racing just to mention a few things.

I love life, even sat on my back side all day!

Ps Best wishs Lucy.
If I fall out of my wheelchair in the woods would anybody hear me?

Pikey, that go cart racing . . . are you strapped to a drip IV?? :) (regarding the 100cc)

I'm going on 3 years Oct. 1st. Why does this day seem just as important for me to repeat again and again as if it were my birthday?
Happy birthday to me, I guess. :)

And congrats to your baby Lucy. Guess you'll be waaaaay to busy soon to be playing HERE!-lol

i had three years creep up on me yesterday, and it's gone pretty quick.
i had a good day out and about in the sun with mates, got drunk and passed out about 9.30pm. a way better day than 2005.
