As of 20/12/08 Durea Health Center will be open & will provide accomodation for anyone with reduced mobility

do you know of any hotels in patong with wheel chair accesible rooms?

I do not know but please remember that in asian culture wheelchair accessible rooom usualy =a very small room.
Patong / Phuket are also very humid and it may pose a problem for someone with SCI & innablity of regulating their body temp.

Patong beach hotel... look it up.

Its central and good rooms. The beds are hard if your not used to hard beds... I stayed there twice on '07

Awesome A/C to battle the heat also...
