Recently I leaked urine when I sleep. Is this a sign of kidney stones? I am doing self-cath and unable to control my bladder because of L3 L5 burst fracture.

i've been leaking for about 6 years, and have taken oxy for 10. I'm having the TVT operation next month which should fix it.

I find certain infections cause more leakage in some circumstances.
