I met an old friend in need of help...through a new friend found on this site, thanks Nomis!

My friend's name is Andrea Needham. I met Andrea back in 95' and became good friends while I was working on a programming project for her. Andrea had designed an HR program that helped managers with their most precious resource...people; she was one of the few business owners that hired the disabled back then! In 96' Andrea moved to New Zealand and after a few years of collaboration we lost touch...moved on to other things.

Andrea is a vibrant, loving and aggressive human being! A fighter, she has never given up, health wise or for the rights of all employees to work in a hospitable, learning, growing environment. She is a gifted speaker, lecturer, workshop leader and writer; and has traveled around the world, see links below for additional info!

I talked to Andrea today and found out her health is failing due to tissue rejection from a 2007 lung transplant. After the usual happy loving reunion chatter I asked if there was anything i could do to help...she said yes, if you can afford to, "...please purchase one of my books, it will help with finances during these last few months!"

Andrea's books are "Workplace Bullying" and "Courage At The Top"; books for managers, for everyone!

:)

If you can or would like to help Andrea...please do. If finances are tight or not available, please spread the word of Andrea's situation and of her wonderful books and her efforts to make our workplace better!

Thank you in advance, to all that take the time to read this and/or help :)

Sincerely,

Jerry
Only after we have lost everything, are we free to do anything.
