Hi everyone i fell 50ft in Dublin in 2006 from an appartment window, the window was under height regulations and could be opened fully with no lock's or barrier's.

I'm a T7 complete para now and my irish attourney/solicitor is fighting my case now, hopefully the outcome will be good.

I've talked with him very briefly about what the acctual things you claim for i.e care/traumatic stress claiming or something/loss of wages /future loss of wages etc..

I am quite headstrong about most subject's meaning:I am married with 2 kid's and they keep me going as well as my wife, with me not working and claiming disability benefit's we are still happy and manageing ok.I was a welder which going from £1100 a week is quite good for us.BUT.. if my claim was succesfull i am wondering if theres anybody else on hear who has had a claim and was succesfull if theres any tips or advice of what happens.HOW ITS BROKEN DOWN/TAX/HOW I PAY MY BENEFITS BACK/MEDICAL PAYMENTS BACK TO THE NHS...etc

All advice/coments will be greatly appriciated especially if there English/Irish.

I do realise that my solicitor (irwin Mitchel)could help with a lot of data but like i say any advice/coments will be greatly appriciated.

Thanks!!

Hi,

Sorry to hear about your situation. Sounds like you have a good solicitor working for you.

There is lots of information on our site that should be of use to you including case studies. I have included a link below that should be of use to you.
