I'm a C5 who recently started experiencing an increase in tone and just like you I have full movement and sensation and the tone is keeping me from being mobile. I noticed that it was increased when the amount of therapy I got per week dropped (due to insurance woes). My therapists are telling me to consider a baclofen pump as oral dantrolene/backlofen/valium/etc does NOT work for me. i decided recently to try medical cannabis as a last resort to see if it helps. I'll report back if it does. Here's hoping!
