This is due to different autonomic responses, which control sweating, reacting at different levels.
The sweating can be a sign that there is a pain stimulus below the level of injury due to skin, bladder, bowel problems etc.
Some people though do just sweat unevenly as a result of their injury, without a pain stimulus.

Raevan you're going to have to be more specific..
My lower body gets warmer -to the touch- than my upper body at times. Usually is a result of laying in bed, under the covers

Now that the weather is cooler I haven't noticed it.

Ok I apologize.
Bricen sweats whether he is covered or not. He sweats whether he is laying down or sitting in chair. He sweats whether he has clothes on or is nude.
Bricen tends to sweat more on the right side of his body below his injury level. He hardly ever sweats above level.
It has been this way for about 2 months I think? His body temp below his injury is always warm or hot. Except for his butt? That will get cold? He has no infection or shouldn't because he has been on antibiotics for 2 weeks.
Again He has been this way for about 2 months give or take?
Hopefully this explains it. If not than I can try again?

I have never been able to work out why I only sweat on the left side of my face and arm pit when I do physical exercise and when I blush, it is as if half my face has been painted red, now I know thanks Simon.
The right side of my head sweats only when I eat spicey or greasy food as a by the way!
