I think we have thoroughly covered the bladder and just about ever aspect of the bowel, but I have a new question.

Sensation or Not.. Whether you depend on AD or just know.. Im curious what sensations you guys are getting when you need to poop.

Not necessarily the AD that kicks in as youre shitting, but the signals before hand.

Im wondering because I get sensations/signals.. but their is a few of them and they all work differently. And, Im always curious to find out just what others are going through.

Please spare the details I dont want to know every 'shitty' detail.. Just the signals.

I MIGHT get shivers down my back - at least, they seem to come from there. Also, a strange overall feeling that's hard to describe but sets off alarm bells - I think it is a discomfort arising from the gut but too subtle to source properly. They are hints I should take note of rather than anything reliable.

If I start to feel like I gotta take a crap, (I can feel it in my bowels. Something moving down, deep inside.) then I have about 5-10 minutes to get into my shitter chair. Invariably I'm too late and end up shitting myself.

Instead, I'll do bowel-care every morning, using a supository, sitting on the chair, doing dig-stim and just getting it done.
Takes about an hour to an hour and a half.

Real beauties about 5 times a week. Sometimes I'll go 1 or 2 days when nothing happens. But if I don't try, then I'm leaving myself open to an involentary.

Rather interesting that you should ask though, ches. My but you're a kinky one ain'tcha?

I've had mine down to about every third day for some time. I don't get AD, but I can tell my innards are getting full. I just feel a sense of fullness in the stomach area. Like 'Dog says, I just feel that morning that Mr. Brown is going to pay a visit that evening. Most times everything goes fine.

Edog.. cant you freaking read? I said NO DETAILS! Freaking tard.

Im not kinky, or into shit. Just like to get an idea of what were all feeling.

I get tummy aches for the most part, sometimes I get real sensations.. and other times I rely on my AD.

If all else fails, and I'm too lazy to go found out if I need to go, I can just push on that area of my lower stomach. If AD starts.. with the clammy and warm feeling, I gotta go.. No AD=No need.

If in doubt, check it out. My system is 99.2% reliable but I'd rather throw in a few false alarms than take on higher risk.

I get a chill starting from the nape of my neck on down the spine. Also goose bumps on my arms.

If it's short reoccuring goose-bumps then I have to pee. But when the tingling sensations down my back continue, I've noticed that's a sign of more to come and I'd better get to a toilet pronto!

Now I'm a freaking TARD!

I gave no details.

Details would have been size of individual turds, length, girth, aproximate weight, metric or standard.
And consistancy, soft, pudding like with a crusty outer edge and a mucuoslike center or hard and round with tapered ends.
Color, or colour for you Brits.
Smell
Taste
Do I wear a glove for digi-stim.
Do I pick my teeth with the same finger.
THESE ARE DETAILS.

And yes my dear, you are kinky, VERY kinky.

As I was channel surfing one morning I came across a show “Doctors” and they actually did discuss all of the above as E-Dog stated. And, yes, they are also kinky.

I do my bowl program every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

My schedule works great so I usually don't ever have to go before my time, so I think that helps with my never getting AD. I've only had AD 3 or 4 times when I was doing my bowl program.

But I know I'm going because I get goosebumps. That's my big thing. I get goosebumps and feel a little warm.

Just like when I need to pee I get goosebumps as well.
