After refocusing my eyes...the glistening light off that magnificent body blinded me for a moment...wow, nice bum, I noticed the fine lines of a rugby ball. I then googled Mr. Sackey, he appears to be a rather proper finisher and although I've not watched rugby in a while...I'm wondering how good his fore play might be

have any idea how to shrink photos on a mac iBook?

Try using this site to shrink photos webresizer

There is also a way to do it by exporting out of iphoto by clicking on file, export, make sure it's a jpg file under size click custom, you can then change the size of the image.

Jaquie!... Why are all your photos pre injury? I'm just wondering, that's all.

Hi Jaquie. Thanks for sharing those photos. You still have the lovely smile and i'm sure your personality hasn't changed. You will have been through a lot, something we've all experienced to some degree or other. I know its not a good experience but I'm sure its made you a stronger person inside.

Its nice to look back on old times, something I tend to do a lot of now, due to my advancing years, but I still look forward and plan for my future.

It saddens me when you write, "I like to remember the good times", as if there wont be any more. I realise you are young and newly injured, but I was like you once. It doesn't mean you wont have more good times; you'll have plenty.

Yes look at your earlier days and remember them with fondness, but try and think of the wonderful things that can and will happen in the future; if you make them happen.

Take care.

Getting ready for another hurricane season here on the Gulf Coast (still a month and a half away, but you can never be too prepared). It's raining today, so storms are on my mind. Here's a photo of Hurricane Dennis as it approaches Pensacola, where I live.

Never been through an earthquake, so I can't speak for how I'd like them but hurricanes sure aren't any fun. Haven't been through a bad one since I became paralyzed, but that should up the "fun" factor.
