Nice pic youwhat. I see you also live in UK; I live in Notts but very close to the Lincs border.

We didn't have dropped Kerbs in our village so I went out with 2 friends and took photos and measurements of the kerbs at road junctions around the village.

We placed everything in a neat presentation file with a letter, which explained in detail the difficulties people had crossing roads; this was then sent to our County Council. We were surprised by their reaction, as they weren't aware of the problem and acted swiftly. We now have dropped kerbs around the village, which is easier for wheelchairs, the elderly and mums with buggies.

I think its a Post Code lottery on any assistance from Councils. I'm pleased you were finally successful.

Put more photos on.

My back has been killing me lately, too much time at the desktop So, to make a long story short, I called my grandpa and got a laptop he wasnt using. Snooping around on his picture albums, I came across some old pics from Christmas 2006 that I had never saw.. Good times..

What a nicely organised garden, Scribs. No lawns to mow. I've thought about turning mine into garden but my lawn mowing fella looked so disappointed I didn't have the heart to deny him. I love all the windows you've got. Unusual, I would have thought, for an English home. I guess it'll be a few months before you again appreciate them fully.

Now that I know what your home looks like, if I'm passing, I might drop in. (those paving bricks could be hell on stilettos)
