:bye: Bricen was laying on his back with one leg straight and one leg bent (as if sitting crossed legged only with one leg? lol) He looked at me and said..."Hey wanna see somethin?"
Then he pushed? well it looked as though he did (you know? like a woman in labor. :P )
The leg that was bent started to rise up at the knee! Unril it was completely up and then it fell. He did it two more times, Each time not as high as the first. But this is good right? Not good I mean GREAT! Oh yeah and he is a T8-T12 complete
