what is the least dollar ammount that u will accept for it and how wide is the seat.my wheelchair is18 inches wide by 16 deep.will i fit in this bike seat?

I used an 18x18 seat and I fit perfect on it so that is not a problem
as far as the dollar amount, the price as stated is by far the best handcycle around for that price nothing even comes close.
the Spinergy wheels alone cost about that much
