Hi yes i tried the jay 3 back i had a rep come and bring them for me to try, they altered my position that i sat in my chair to a better more upright position i liked the way the back supported me, they are very easy to remove and refit as they have a quick release system and they adjust so that you can get them just right for you, the only thing i didn't like was the gap it left between the back of the cushion and the wheelchair back other than that i am looking into getting wheelchair services to purchase one for me as it does benefit my positioning.

Just paid a visit to the wheelchair service clinic and they are buying the jay 3 back for me and also a new cushion to go with it, i am well pleased the back i tried before was great for my posture and have been measured up by the gerald simonds rep this morning at the clinic so all being well 2 weeks time i should be sporting the new back on my chair.

The gap can be closed with a piece of black cloth with some velcro sewn to it and a notch cut in the top to go around the J3 cover's strap.
