Hi, i'm new to this sight.
Recently my brother fell down a flight of stairs and suffered a spinal cord injury. He is classed as an incomplete quadraplegic....
um i just found tis website, its taken me awhile to google spinal cord injuries and try to find out whats going on and whats going to happen. To be honest i am at aloss as to what to do.....is there any sights or info anyone can recommend?

i'd be surprised if you found anywhere on the web with more information than here.
maybe start at the homepage for the basics and go from there.
