I posted this on Moose's site and thought some here may be interested. It is self explanatory. Wonder what difference it will make? Other than some folk will get millions whilst others get nothing. What is deemed a "deserving case." I know from these posts that the quads and paras here have all had accidents of some kind and should have go compensation. Mine was good old railways who took years after the Purley crash to get me my compo and then - wait for it - because I am an incomplete and have a cauda equina lesion (nerve damage) they decided I was not a paraplegic at all. WRONG. I am. It is just that I am paraplegic due to nerve damage. Fortunately, a good solicitor fought my case.

Anyway, here goes for the link http://news.scotsman...m?id=2367212005
