T'was the Night Before Christmas, and all through the board, not a member was stirring, not even from abroad.

The Admin sprang to his wheelchair, to his members gave a whistle, And away they all pushed like the down of a thistle. But I heard him exclaim, as he pushed out of sight,

"HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO ALL, AND TO ALL A GOOD-NIGHT!"

Simon :D

See you guys in the morning. Another year another set of challenges.

This one might be a bit brighter with the development of this web site. It won't be everything to everyone, but it will help answer a few questions for a lot of us. I for one like that the web has brought us closer to others in similar circumstances. Most of us will never meet, but then again a few of us have.

Sometimes it's nice to know that others are out there and willing to lend a hand where possible. I hope this christmas is good for all of you. Now if we can just convince Santa to change in his sled rails for wheels...

Hi everyone! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. I got to spend all day with my love, even though it was so hard to leave. (yeah, I cried half-way home) He was so suprised with his gift, I got him a laptop, so we could stay connected better and maybe I can get him to join this site. The only problem is the rehab facility has no internet access in the rooms. I couldn't believe it, I mean frickin McDonald's has internet access! Oh well, guess we'll have to wait till he gets home. Much Love, Blue Butterfly

It's becoming a tradition!

Yeah it confused the crap out of me! I read the post about 2008 upon us and thought, "Simon's off his rocker and has had way too much to drink already." Fortunately, I looked at the posting dates then I got it!

:( Merry Christmas to all! :swordfight:

The noise from the drinking caused many to steer

Away from their keyboards, to get their own beer

Alrighty then, I think I've had enough to drink to be a little creative . . .

T’was the day of Christmas
Nomis got new white shoes
But were mixed up with Scribs’
And no one knows who’s whose

They’re almost the same size
What a dilemma, ghee whiz
But Scribs is slightly bigger
Shoe size, that is

They each grabbed a pair
And put them on their feet
They were both very pleased
And admitted defeat

Now they’re happy
And decided to toast
They will take lots of pictures
Which soon they will post

or

T’was the day of Christmas
Nomis got his pumps
Now he can handle
All the street bumps

He’s paid very well
For showing his stuff
But a cop showed up
And things got rough

Now he’s in jail
On Christmas day
But getting lots of attention
From his cell mates in the hay

He wondered how this started
This strange fetish with shoes
So to try and forget
He’s hittin’ the booze

Then he remembered
It was Hapa and Scribs
I’ll get those two
And stop all their fibs

Hapa and Scribs
Both claim it’s the truth
That Nomis’ birth name
Is really Ruth!

Oh that is so bad :mfrlol: . . . good thing we're all good sports here. I think I deserve a payback for this one though

I hope everyone had a Happy Christmas and got what they wanted. But remember, Santa brings toys and gifts and not miracles. We have to create those on our own. Let's get busy and make 2009 a fantastic year.

Luv to all..
