Hi Lucydog
No direect experience but clients of ours have used them (to Faro) with no probs.
My opinion is all airlines are much of a muchness, so save on the flight as much as you can and grin and bear it!
Airports are key factors, they 'handle' you. Normally if you travel, Mon, Tues, Wed, or Fri you will be okay as Thurs, Sat and Sun are the busy days when mistakes happen.

Hi I recently flew to amsterdam with easyjet and when it came time for them to return my chair to me it arrived with several of the spokes on my spinergy wheels broken rendering it completly useless. The staff then were most unhelpful in trying to help me arrange getting new wheels out( the person i eventually spoke to refused to pay for the wheels to get from my house at home to the airport in a taxi) Eventually my dad had to drive them from lincoln to luton where they were flown out to me several hours later. Easyjet the told me they would not pay for the damage and that I should have had the chair properly insured!

Nice one Stelios

hi All
This year I flew tolas vegas on Virgin, and they were very helpful My daughter was on crutches, but had to have seating etc arrange as one ofher legs sticks out. I noticed that there were on the flight another two people with wheelchairs, I hope there journey was as good as out. a few problems on the way out, but the Air hostess was so concerned did her best to make the best out of it, and made sure that on our return trip the same problems did not happen
Cate.

I have flown into and out of Bristol airport many times using Easy Jet and also First Choice.

I have never had a problem and have found the staff to be very helpful.

I hope that puts your mind at ease a bit.
