Warning - No Brakes!

Lucky for disabled people, the mall is one of the few places you are almost guaranteed full access, as most of them have been built with disabled catered for. Unfortunately though, the one thing the shopping mall cannot cater for is the half asleep, spatially unaware, abled boded shopper who regularly walks in front of me. And before you know it, BANG, someone ends up with sore ankles, and it's not me! Now what allot of abled bodied people don't realize is that alot of disabled people need room to stop their wheelchairs. I find it amazing the number of people who cut me up, and when they get clipped by my chair, blame me for the collision. So, hopefully this design might just get the message through.
