One of the first things people ask me when they meet me for the first time is "don't you get depressed?", well I didn't untill you brought it up!

I guess I have been lucky though, my glass has always been half full, and the only time I get depressed is when it's completely empty, or I can't reach it to fill it up again (only joking!).

Now if I was to sit around waiting for a cure, then I might get depressed. When you are disabled, you do become aware of how short life can be,

It all makes you think life is too short to get depressed, enjoy what you can, don't think of what you were able to do yesterday, think about what you can do today.

After all, there's always someone out there worse off than yourself.

So that's sorted depression out then!
