Below you will find contact information for the units,
as well a a link to a forum for each unit. We felt that having a
forum for each unit would be a great way for patients and friends,
past and present to contact each other. Maybe you are wondering
what ever happened to friends you made in the units you were in,
well, post a request, or a little about yourself and you may get
back in touch with friends old and new.
You will notice, that not every county has it's own
spinal cord injury unit/center. The current spinal injury units
in the UK, cover a wide number of counties, and which injury unit
someone goes to, will depend on their location, and whether there
are any places free in the unit.

Use this forum for The Northern Regional Spinal Cord Injuries Centre
opened at The James Cook University Hospital, Middlesborough in
2002. The South Cleveland Hospital and Middlesbourough General hospital
were used as temporary spinal centres whilst the new spinal unit
was being built. Thefore, the Middlesborough forum may be used for
any spinal requests, just remember to say which unit you were in
and when!
