As one of the first organisations to consider access to the countryside and challenging activities specifically for disabled people, and now with over 20 years experience, the Calvert Trust has specially designed its centres to provide fun packed holidays for disabled people, their families and friends.

It may be the first time you have tried climbing, sailing, canoeing, swimming, archery or horse riding but with the help and encouragement of our experienced and friendly instructors, you will have an exciting holiday to remember in one of the most beautiful parts of Britain.

A holiday at the Calvert Trust gives everyone in the family a chance to try new things together and have a really relaxing and enjoyable time. You can enjoy the challenge of climbing or sailing and sharing the experience with your family and friends, and you can relax knowing that you are in safe, experienced and friendly hands.

You can join in as many or as few of the activities as you wish, and there's plenty to do round about.

A holiday is a real break at the Calvert Trust, with no worries about facilities or access - and plenty of excitement and fun, whatever your ability. The Trust can cater for your particular needs and will do everything we can to make your holiday an experience that you will never forget.

Alternatively if you are seeking a quieter break they offer fully accessible self-catering opportunities in our chalets, cottages and apartments.

All centres have large lounge areas to relax in, swimming or hydrotherapy pool, a dining room area where their home cooked meals are served from, plus sports hall, games areas and a selection of accessible walks around and close by each centre.
