Jan and Willie Orr welcome you to
the opening season of Port Selma Lodges, set in some of the most
spectacular scenery in the Highlands.
Set in quiet countryside 200 metres from the shore,
these self-catering lodges overlook the hills of Morvern and spectacular
sunsets over the Isle of Mull. They are set in a secluded location
within two minutes walk from the small village of Benderloch, which
has a large general store, post office, petrol station and restaurant.
The lodges have full disabled access and have been specially designed
to make holidays for wheelchair users easy and comfortable.
Our magnificent scenery includes quiet sea lochs,
forests with walkways and cycle tracks, secluded beaches, dramatic
mountain ranges and historic castles. From Oban there are ferries
(fully accessible) to the Inner and Outer Hebrides with day trips
to Mull, Iona, Staffa, Lismore and Colonsay.
Disabled Accommodation
We have two pine luxury lodges, each sleeping 4 people.
Each lodge has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms,
one of which is en-suite with a roll-in shower.
The lodges have full wheelchair accessibility, but
this in no way impacts on their user-friendliness for able bodied
guests, making the lodges an ideal holiday retreat for everybody.
Customer Comments
"Being your first guests was an honour. The
house is superb and totally suitable for me in my wheelchair. This
is as near to home as I have had on holiday.
The wet floor shower room is superb. The surrounding
countryside is beautiful. We have had an excellent week here with
super hosts. Really looking forward to coming back at New Year with
our family.
Super house!! Super area!! Super hosts!!"
Nan from Cumnock.
