Situated in the heart of the Somerset village of Croscombe, this accessible self-catering holiday accommodation is designed to offer excellent ground floor facilities for the disabled and superior accommodation for carer and family, sleeps 7 + 2

St Marys Lodge is a 4 bedroom detached village house with ground floor amenities especially designed for wheelchair access. There is a south facing patio garden with furniture and wheelchair access. Private parking for 2/3 cars next to the ramped access to the property. There are country and village views.

There is a ground floor double bedroom and a spacious ground floor shower room measuring 2.4 metres x 2.4 metres, comprising a wheel-in shower with non-slip floor, shower seat, special "Freedom"wash hand basin and raised toilet.

The first floor has a master double room with en-suite shower, 1 single bedroom, family bathroom, and a large bedroom with 2 double beds, bedlinen provided.

The house is furnished to a high standard and affords the ambience of luxury designed to give the "feel good" feeling that holidaymakers desire and deserve. The fully fitted "lemon shaker" kitchen has an automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric cooker - Breakfast table and chairs. A spacious Lounge/Dining Room with elegant dining-suite and comfortable settee and armchairs, T.V. is there to welcome you back for a homely evening on your return from a busy day!

Croscombe has two village pubs (excellent food served at both), a Post Office, Village store and a lovely old Church (St Marys). It is steeped with history and there are many country walks on the doorstep.

St Marys Lodge is situated in the heart of the Somerset village of Croscombe, which lies at the foot of the Mendip Hills, just a couple of miles from the ancient Cathedral City of Wells and the old market town of Shepton Mallet, both of which have leisure centres and sports facilities, and is surrounded by enchanting countryside.

St Mary's Lodge is available to rent throughout the year including Christmas and New Year.

During the Low and Mid Season we are flexible with our charges depending on the number of occupants and shorter breaks (min 3 nights) are often available.
