Apparelyzed Role. You, whether you are a Member or just a non-Member who visits the Apparelyzed Website, acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the behaviour of Members - whether on the Apparelyzed Website or outside of it. We only provide a venue where the Apparelyzed Website may be accessed. In particular, you should be aware that Apparelyzed does not pre-screen or monitor the material contributed by Members.

Prohibitions. You are responsible for ensuring that no material you post, or which is posted through a machine on which you access the Apparelyzed Website, nor any activity or communication you make in connection with any Apparelyzed Website, will be capable of (a) infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, (b) breaching any applicable law, whether criminal, tortious or otherwise, or (c) appearing to be offensive, threatening, obscene, pornographic, false, unreliable or misleading.

Alerting Apparelyzed. If you see anything on the Apparelyzed Website which appears to infringe this Agreement, then please contact us to inform us of it by emailing us here. We do not generally monitor material contributed by Members before it is placed on the Apparelyzed Website, and so we are reliant upon users to point out any which infringes this Agreement.

You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.

The Dermatome chart available on the Apparelyzed website shows the relationship between spinal nerves and sensory sectors in the skin. The map has been produced as accurately as possible, taking into account the slight variations and overlaps in sensory sectors. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the Dermatome Chart, but before ordering, please use the enlarge image function to ensure the poster fulfills your requirements before ordering. Please note that the dermatome diagram is supplied in good faith, and by ordering the chart, you are confirming that you have checked the chart is accurate for the purposes you wish to use it for, and will not hold apparelyzed liable for any damages, direct, indirect or consequential arising from it's use. The chart has been designed as an educational aide, to be used in conjunction with other reference books. The dermatome chart should not be the sole source of diagnostic reference in determining a neurological level or spinal lesion.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access, nor add to, the contents of this website and therefore should cease using this website immediately.
